Lisa Tingle (Lisa Ma)

With projects in both interaction design and research I bring a unique perspective to any project. I know it goes beyond what ‘should work’ to what ‘actually does.’ In my role as Usability Analyst for the renowned ad agency Ogilvy & Mather (NYC), I worked on research projects for clients like DuPont, UPS and IBM. From transactional sites to virtual reality apps, I managed everything end-to-end while balancing business objectives, timelines, resources and budgets. (See the work) I also have extensive experience designing UX within the financial and insurance sectors with companies like Citigroup, Fidelity Investments, Prudential and AIG.

My Experience

Companies have been trusting me to design user experiences and conduct user research since 2004. From start-ups to Fortune 50 companies, I collaborate with my clients to understand their business goals and to craft a unique solution to meet their needs. I am a Certified Usability Analyst (CUA) from Human Factors International (What is this?).

My goal is to help our clients to better understand their users’ pain-points and to provide guidance on how to help them. With years of experience and a variety of services, I know how to bridge the gap when working with different teams and skills to ensure things go as planned.
