Florida Blue - Managed all aspects of user research on responsive member sites while working with agile teams, partnering with vendors and ensuring feedback is worked into upcoming cycle of implementation. Research methods included remote/un-moderated, click-testing, card sort and remote/in-person moderated for responsive member sites.
