Mommy Answers is a Facebook app created for new & expecting Moms to find answers to questions about their babies in this Facebook app including searching for articles about anything. At the end of 2012, Huggies was interested in finding out why bounce rates on the app was so high. A usability study was conducted in an effort to help the team find out why. (See Research Findings)
