With projects in both interaction design and research I bring a unique perspective to any project. I know it goes beyond what ‘should work’ to what ‘actually does.’ In my role as Usability Analyst for the renowned ad agency Ogilvy & Mather (NYC), I worked on research projects for clients like DuPont, UPS and IBM. From transactional sites to virtual reality apps, I managed everything end-to-end while balancing business objectives, timelines, resources and budgets. I am a Certified Usability Analyst (CUA) from Human Factors International (What is this?).
