My Experience

I have over 15 years of experience in product development (design & research). I'm a Certified Usability Analyst (CUA) from Human Factors International and I have my Project Management Professional (PMP) certificate from PMI.  I have experience working on sites and enterprise apps in tech, finance and insurance sectors with companies like Meta, Google, Ernst & Young, Citigroup, Prudential and AIG.
